30-Day Refund Policy on New Subscriptions

 

Tweaknews offers a 30-day refund policy on first-time subscriptions. If you're new to the service and decide to cancel within 30 days of your initial payment, you may request a full refund.

This policy applies to all paid Tweaknews subscription plans, provided:

  • It’s your first account with Tweaknews

  • The request is made within 30 calendar days of the original purchase

  • You haven’t previously received a refund from Tweaknews under this policy

This policy does not apply to:

  • Renewals

  • Reactivated or second accounts

  • Block account purchases


How to Request a Refund

To begin the refund process:

  1. Log in to your Tweaknews account.

  2. Visit the Tweaknews support portal.

  3. Open a new support request and include:

    • Your account email

    • The date of your original purchase

    • A brief note requesting a refund under the 30-day policy

A support agent will review your account and respond with next steps. Refunds are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days once approved.


Additional Notes

  • Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

  • Access to the Usenet service will end once the refund is issued.

  • VPN access, if included in your plan, will also be deactivated upon cancellation.
