Prioritizing Tweaknews Servers in NewsLeecher

Optimizing server usage order in NewsLeecher helps Tweaknews customers balance speed and article availability when using multiple Usenet servers.

Launch NewsLeecher and Open Manager

Click the Manager tab once NewsLeecher has loaded.

Edit the Tweaknews Server Configuration

Right-click the Tweaknews server name and select Edit Server.

Reveal Advanced Settings

Check Show Advanced Settings to view more options.

Set the Download Priority Level

From the Download Priority dropdown menu, choose a number that fits the server’s intended importance. Lower numbers are higher priority.

Save Settings

Click OK to finalize your new settings.

Restart to Activate

Restart NewsLeecher so the new priority order goes into effect.
