NZBGet Path and Repair Fixes

Redirecting NZBGet to a New Drive

To set a different drive as your target location:

  1. Open the Web interface.

  2. Go to Settings > PATHS.

  3. Input the new destination in the DestDir field.

  4. Update related fields for consistency (InterDir, etc.).

  5. Save and restart NZBGet.

Confirm system-level access permissions, especially for mounted or external drives.

How to Find Where Articles Are Saved

If you’re not sure where items were stored:

  • Check the History tab.

  • Look through logs in Messages.

  • Revisit the configured path under Settings > PATHS.

These will show where NZBGet stored completed items.

Repair Process Frozen?

If the repair doesn’t finish:

  • Pause the active queue.

  • Read Messages for detailed diagnostics.

  • Restart NZBGet if unresponsive.

  • Requeue the NZB or use external PAR2 repair tools.

  • Free up memory or close background apps to improve stability.
